Why NUnit?

When looking at the source code, you might be wondering why I chose NUnit over the VSTS unit testing feature.

Cccplib is written to not depend on any VS / VSTS / TFS assemblies, so that it can be used not only by the policy, but also from msbuild tasks, NAnt, whatever else comes to mind (CC.NET). So my goal was that it can be built with freely available tools, namely the .NET runtime and SDK. So when it came to unit testing cccplib, the choice was NUnit - freely available to everyone.
